We act as a resource for other thought-leaders to advance the nonprofit sector.

Nonprofit Sector

Our routine contact with nonprofit leaders and philanthropic organizations, and with business and public-sector leaders that support nonprofits, enables us to keep abreast of trends and issues in ways that few others can match.

Beyond that, Phillips Oppenheim sponsors roundtable discussions, participates in workshops and conferences, and acts as informal counsel to nonprofit organizations and their boards on a variety of issues. Our commitment to the nonprofit sector extends well beyond a particular engagement. We remain connected to our clients and to the communities we serve whether or not we are in the process of executing a particular search.

In the course of our daily work nonprofit leaders share with us their strategies and challenges, their programs, funding, business and governance models, career path and compensation concerns, and other matters. Our clients and nonprofit leaders across the sector know that we are fully committed to their success.

All of this helps us to serve our nonprofit clients. It keeps our sector knowledge and networks refreshed. and enables us to search beyond the conventional as we find great nonprofit leaders for our clients.

Please call us at need. We are always happy to assist our friends and colleagues working to support the nonprofit community.
